I try and think of it as ranges and delivery systems as opposed to specific martial arts. There's certain arts that, you know, we're definitely going to pull from more than others. For example, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on the ground, some kind of kickboxing or boxing for standing. And in the clinch, it's usually Greco-Mroman and Muay Thai or some variation of that now. But I like to look at it just from a purely objective kind of scientific sense of stand up, clinch and ground in all the various positions rather than individual style.
