The Power of Emotion in the Workplace

I think that the emotional component in any workplace is very real and very powerful and often works to our disadvantage. I can name at least two emotions one is fear of what happens to whistle blowers in our institutions and our society which is that they get marginalized, lost their jobs or worse. The other emotion of course is the emotion called greed which is that that somehow I have not only a right but an absolute need to claim more than my share out of this. If someone else suffers I really don't give a hoot let the devil take the hindmost now those are those are those have to do with the inner dynamics of a person's life. It truly baffles me as to why
