How can we be more transparent about sharing our priorities and that include and involved people as part of that process? If you've got a client, what you going to do? I couldn't, please. Can i have this by the end of the day? Um, no, no, sorry. You know that that feels too, too difficult to do for lots of us. And if you're really stuck with your priorities, you know, having a conversation with your manager and saying, well, if i'm now going to do this new piece of work that we hadn't anticipated, then that does mean i can't do b, c and d... It's a helpful mechanic to encourage
