Gene a huge, heritable genome editing, I think is wrong. And dangerous and ineffective. But editing of, say, blood cells is already experimentally and will be clinically extraordinary. If it can be rolled out cheaply and to scale, could resolve problems of sickle cell disease. This has got a very simple genetic basis, single letter of DNA that is altered. So altering that in your blood cells, where the hemoglobin is present and determines the shape of those blood cells, that is something that can be done.
