The Structure of Relationship in Psychoanalsis

Lacon: I think it's a problem for um lacon to think that there is this one structure to the relationship. He says psychoanalsis looks at structures and in their commonality but doesn't determine what the conclusion is after you find those things. The danger of all kinds of structuralism, he adds, is that people recoil against its idea they think that if you once you have the structure you know all the relations that will develop. Lacon: Structures don't allow you to understand what's going to happen with the relation because the relation is always alive and active right? "I kind of wish that this idea was like louder out there"
