Um, Language Is Like a Muscle
English has kind of become my primary language from which i am translating to the other languages, uh, that i speak. My brain, when it sees an apple, it thinks apple. It doesn't think yaka or anything like that. So most of the shit i end up absorbing is american cultural perspectives. I'm not going to go and start watching monty python or some garbage. That's okay. But now, what i try to do is, i try to, organically, um, absorb, uh, english language bullshit. The two recommendations, never, never, absolutely not. Balcon media, uh, you know, with me, only only arab media.
