How Do You Respond to That Calvinistic Argument?
Corneus is also described as some one who feared the lord. The bible says that over and over again, you have to humble yourself. But they can't humble themselves in their natural condition. They have to be regenerated first in order to humble themselves. So that way god gets all the credit. In your taking credit away from god, because if cornelius is humble himself, instead of god doing it effectually through effectual work of grace regeneration, youre stealing glory from god, and your giving it to cornelius.
