Backend Web App Development - What's the Difference Between Rails and Haskell?

Rust is a type system-based programming language. It's been used in Haskell, C sharp and Node.js microservice development. I'm curious about the reliability that you get out of TypeScript compared to like Rust or C sharp or Haskell. How do you think Rust stacks up against those for specifically backend web app development?
