Patty Upton's Philosophy of Coaching

There are seven coaches of the IPL teams and then there is Patty Upton. Former coach of New Zealand he wasn't a standout player but certainly did well with New Zealand as a coach. He's written a book which is called The Bear Foote coach which is out this week actually. It assimilates all his knowledge and learnings from the world of cricket and the world of business too to perform better both in work and in sport.
