Stripe Distripe describes their culture as a bunch of book publishers and a bunch of Hermione Granger's. I was just thinking, again, on culture, you know, we've talked about the people at the top not having enough time to get involved in the decisions and things. And maybe actually it's a cultural thing here of delegation. So it's not necessary for the engineers in charge, but it's empowering them to do the right things. If I could have given everybody some advice, like I'd stick to the thing that you really love doing.
