The Black Pill Version of Lockdowns

i feel like there are some things that the bad guys could get away with in other countries that, not that they couldn't do them here, but that it would be more difficult. There is something of ture of free speech that i think has emanated from our history of having a first amendment. So where i think its harder to get restrictions on free speech enacted in law in the us than in other places. I don't know if anything comes of that, but that's not in my imagination. That's really happening.
