The Importance of Parallel Delivery Systems for Health Plan Numbers

The opportunity really sits with organizations that are willing to take a hard look at changing things first for their health plan numbers. And then using that change to then, you know, retail themselves differently to members of other health plans or to other health plans. There's just not enough of that in the U.S., and I think that is the opportunity in US health.
