Build tools are blurring the boundaries between type checkers, compilers and soversize stuff. There's two big ones out there right nowr or two that i'm pretty fond of: vit and parcel. I like to think of a bill tool as or, i don't even know wht to bill to a deav tool. They do hot reloading. So they'll handle images and see ases and all kinds of things like that.
