The deal that halted Pragogen's forces was brokered by Alexander Lukashenko, the dictator of Belarus. It seemed to offer Pragogen and his fighters an amnesty and refuge in Belarus if they called off their mutiny. There are some suggestions that Putin also agreed to change some of the top people in his military leadership - including main targets Aya, Shoyugu, and Grasimov. But at the time of recording, they are still in post.
