Making a Difference Through Your Words
Pay careful attention to defining moments, and ask for help and give help. Don't be a gossip - talk to people, not about them. Ask yourself before you say something: do i know what i'm saying? Do i know why i'm saying it? And have i thought through how? I think that's a very powerful thing for a leader to do. The third way to make a difference in in your words, is encourage ng say, thank you.
