I think everybody has a right to express dissent. But you cannot walk over the rights of people who've bought tickets and wanted to see the film. I do feel that yes, that there was a huge attempt made by er, by gay groups, to sort of become their champion - which i didn't necessarily want to be. And since lucy had that conversation, homosexuality has been legalized in india. That change came in 20 18.
