This is an ongoing debate this conversation I've heard and been a part of and listened to countless times all throughout my military career and even in business. The concept of the people if you want to say the people are the mission or the people are first it's actually in the vein of making sure the mission gets done. It's not to subordinate the mission over the people as to recognize is the number one thing I have for me to make sure that I'm successful in my mission.
