I remember having some phrases that I would tell myself, and I would always write them down in my notes. Like if I see a quote that speaks to me, I write it down on my phone notes app. Another thing that, this is really silly, but another thing that helped me was trying to think of people as like NPCs in the video game,. So they're just kind of like random background characters, but they don't really have consciousness. It doesn't make sense in the real world.
