The Unexplored Building of a Complex

Sebastian Birkel and unknown elements of a group still calling themselves region 10 had decided upon a very secret experiment in the mountains of Grand County at the edge of the Rockies. The purpose was to empower the animals living within the forest for miles around into one chaotic but orchestrated moment of possibly violent rebellion. There was no better way to refer to the process than mass hypnosis.
