What's the Culture of Microservices?

At what point do you go for something that's more homogenous, where every microsovicis may be written in the same language? Maybe they're completely independent. What are the trade offs and at what point doyou make those decisions? Well, that's a really cultural sort of decision to make. To me, it's sort of like, well, if youre amazon. And maybe you want to give complete autonomy to a team and say, you know, if you want to use some sort of almost unknown language. It could be to that extreme where people are just, like, way out on the razors edge of something.
