The founders of sillican valley had experience of war. They knew what could happen if things went wrong. And the current generation, these people all got rich remarkably quickly and without paying any price. So i think that's a big part of what we're saying. Engineers like to solve technical problems, and they don't think they're in the policy business. We're getting there. But i think that needs to happen not just in the private sector but in universities as well.
