The First Tomato Catch Up Recipe

The first known tomato catch up recipe was published by james mease, a well known philadelphia scientist in 18 12. Tomatoes are originally from the americas and have a really awesome umami note to them. By 18 29, a new englander named lydia child said that the best sort of catchup was made from tomatoes. These early ketchups were also not anything like the stuff you're going to be putting on your burgher and frys probably quite soon after listening to this episode.
