Is There a Conversation About Substitutive Change?
I think this is also though a great myth perpetuated by some design practices in which there's this obsession with new and more. It seems like there's not a strong enough conversation about subtractive change. The idea of less is such like an anathema in a capitalist system. I don't think we're going to get there if we can't even do collective action in our like collective organizing, collective work in our daily lives right now.
