Chipmunk's Secret Was Out
Chipmunk had found plenty of food. Empty plastic bottles were the most common. She'd sneak them over to Old Mrs. Honeywell, a badger who used them to create towers and mazes for the young woodling creatures to play upon. Chipmunk stood over the shiny drawstring pouch. She relished the idea that it was hers and hers alone,. A treasure in the forest. Only she knew anything about. And what's that? Came a familiar voice from over Chipmunk's shoulder. It was her neighbor, a squirrel known for being a bit nosy.
