Do You Need Ultimate Rewards Cards?

The freedom cards have low spend requirements for their sign up offers. If there's some one else in your household who has other chase cards, then you could transfer to them. Up grade into the sapphire preferred does not lock you out of a future sign up bonus with that card. The rewards card built of course allows you to earn points for paying rent - and i think they're worth considering.
