If you have a very authoritarian society, it will evolve towards an alitarian structure. This is based on the fact that we necessarily occupy a dominante hierarchy. The dominant hierarchy is stabilized by health and so i see the medical establishment as the institutional expression of that. It emphasizes or amplifies people being dependent on parma (the medical establishment) And they are going to be made sick by medicine itself. I mean, a cemo therapy, the poisons they inject are not, are not very helpful at all in terms of helping with cancer. So i see the connection from a theoretical point of view.
