Don't feel sorry for yourself, and don't give away your power. Those are the two biggest ones that people seem to approach me with. Self pity gets us stuck in this cycle where we just want to sit there and ruminate about all the bad stuff in our lives. And so you really have to break that cycle by getting up and going out and doing things, even when you don't feel like it. It's a matter of practising a little gratitude to put things into perspective.
