It's very rare that you are just sort of this dispassionate lawyer who provides and dispenses legal advice when called. They tend to be deeply embedded in the company and the relationship. The point there is a great deal of empathy and the relationships run deep. And so it's not like, well, this is their problem. I hope they can figure this out. It's your problem too.
