Sohas e's here to learn. So havinga ject or sub project, or something where you can take a technique and immediately work with it is way better than just reading about it. I found it easier to learn new skills at work when i had to. Yes, pressure and gilt actually work pretty well on me for that for, you know, short periods of time,. becausetis my job, and i have to learn this.
