The Meta-Cloud Architecture
In a meta-cloud architecture, the governance and operations are centralized in an abstracted layer. The thing can physically exist within a cloud if it makes sense to host it in a cloud. So we really don't care where it runs, it could run on premise or even in edge-based systems as long as it logically spans cloud.
