"This is just fucking art is what we're watching here, as far as I'm concerned," says the actor. "The setup for this extremely hostile to the concept of an Imperial refueling center ... sounds like he's recapping a football game talking about the massacre of an entire species." The Empire didn't set out to invent this show; they stumbled upon it in the daily course of destroying planets and lives with their atrocities. And so that glimpse of the cycle and perpetuating exponential nature of Empire oppression was present here in really like a stark and destabilizing way.
