The Effects of a Minstrel Cycle Phase on Recovery From Resistance Training
One area where i'd like to see more research is looking at the effects of a minstral cycle phase on recovery from resistance training. A, because sex hormones seem to influence recovery from a muscle damage in women quite a bit. So theoretically, with fluctuating estrogen levels throughout the minstrel cycle, you could conceivably predict different rates of of recovery post-training.
