How the Sympathetic Nervous System Affects Melanocytes Stem Cell Function
Both of these papers have amazing technology driving the experiments right which it seems like it would have taken years to do all of this they make various mice, genetically modified mice. They use a molecular proxy for activation of beta-2 receptors and they look for phosphorylated Krebs. The sympathetic nervous system signals with norepinephrine which could then be sensed by a beta-2 adrenergic receptor. So what they wanted to know was whether this nociceptive pain so injection of pepper into into you leads to activation of Beta-2 Adrenergic receptors.
