The Procrastination Equation

The main subject this week is the procrastination equation. Luke Prague, who is Luke Mulhouser, wrote a summary post on and contained a lot of cool information. The book starts out by looking at all the research that has been done about procrastination so far. It's always good to not try to reinvent the wheel when the wheel's already sitting around for you.
