How to Create Product Visions for Companies

Francisco: My lab is really focusing on creating product visions for companies. We noticed that a lot of clients, they were kind of struggling with ideas at the very front end. So we created this kind of process, I guess, within the lab called story sprints. They're broken up to three parts. You have the forest, the trail, and then the campfire. And it's just really exciting because, you know, that we're leading, we're kind of helping lead the process.
