I think things have evolved even since 2016 or you know in my case 2013 um 14 like from the the arc of what it takes to get a job as a software engineer from a bootcamp. There are a fewer number of junior jobs that are posted at least there are an abundance of bootcamp grads and so now I think more than ever the approach of you gotta stand out not only do you have to do that but it's going to be incredibly effective because no one's doing it right. The challenge with government jobs is that they are not sexy which frankly I probably should have known at that point just from watching Parks and Rec but you know I was a little bit kind of uh ideal
