The Russian spring offensive has already started in the East. The West has really stepped up the level of support and moved into some different capability areas, which gives Ukraine a much more capable armored maneuver force. Putin says that their aims are to take the whole of the Donbas, which is these two provinces, Lohansk and Donetsk. And so Russia has a window where it can try and take as much territory as possible and come back to this autocratic system. If you can't form a decent strategy because you're only one person, everyone's going, Yes, presidency, that's a great idea. Then eventually you're going to come unstuck.
