As a profession, the majority of practitioners are middle-aged white women. We have this discussion all the time about racial and anti-racist inequities. But in terms of like just sexism in general, right, when I hear people say, I don't have a seat at the table, nobody takes me seriously,. there needs to be some real analysis done on what has women internalised? It's not that we're blaming women, but there are situations for a woman where do you feel safe going to a man?, she says.
