The Death of God

Yoan: Western culture shifted with this death of god, where it no longer wanted to be about achieving these high ideals through art and renaissance. It collapsed into itself because it became about the modernity of the state, how the state can become this welfare device,. And that's very troubling, because that shift of the state becoming god also becane the shift that the state has responsibility for your body, for your health. Yoan: If we authentically deal with the idea of death, that means we have to authentically go through the anx that occurs with it.
