How to Boil Mushrooms

Mushrooms are more closely related to animals than they are to plants. The mushroom cell wall is made of cotton, not cellulose. Cellulose breaks down at or under 100 Cs. Cotton cells with their elastic nature, not going to fall apart. That's why the mushroom stays in its form and you can't boil it apart.
