I'm fascinated by the tension between wanting to kind of do right by that new client and make them feel comfortable. While still adhering to some sort of like a standard operating procedure or your operating manual. We tried to do it like a bank where we were just kind of slow rolling it out to where people wouldn't notice. And what we found is that anytime you deal with old processes and our processes, it's unclear who has the ball. I would say the thing that's most important that we do flex a little bit is around when people get paid.
