The Port of Seattle Is a Maritime Light Industrial Center
The port of Seattle is developing into a maritime light industrial center where businesses that support all of those fleets are able to find commercially viable rents. We have grain terminals right at right in the front of Queen Anne Hill, which serve the soy and corn and other grain harvests from the breadbasket of the United States. And then as you keep coming further south, we have our headquarters at Pier 69. And then you get into the main marine terminals, the shipping and container terminals of 46, 30, 25, 18, and as we've talked about five. It has been extraordinarily helpful in dealing with some of the supply chain issues that we see today.
