Is Reduplication a Problem in Vietnamese?

With Greek, you have to memorize several patterns. Some stop consonants separate. There's many possibilities of what natural languages do. If your language has a glottal stop before a vowel initial word, then I would expect it to be in the middle or at the end of a word. But recently English actually inserts aglottal stop at the beginning of a vowel word. So that's a nightmare.
