The Optimization Problem in Bodybuilding

90% of studies are three times per week or less, with some being a few more. I think the optimization problem is one we can only answer within that context if we're going to use exclusively the research. The majority of ways that people train in the real world is completely unrepresented by the research. It becomes a different calculus once you're training more frequently.
