The Importance of Balance in Biomechanical Movement
Each joint has a minimal amount of joint torque that it has to produce for a given point in the movement. Because there are multiple joints involved, it makes the work contribution from each of the muscles a bit more difficult. I think understanding that what is going on internally to produce the external force may not be expected is where a lot of the biomechanical mistakes come from.
