The A's Outperforming the B's and C's
Lonnie Johnson: Globe Street put out a piece about markets where class A occupancy was outpacing class B and C by significant margins. He asks if you have any instincts for why one city may do better than another. Johnson: Most of those cities that you listed on both charts are kind of secondary tertiary type of office markets, in my opinion. LZ: I think we've seen kind of a bifurcation of certain financial services, tech and others want the class A high in space.
