The Benefits of Soy for Breast Cancer Patients

Soy does not or neither do isoflavones adversely affect breast tissue. At least 10 scientific organizations have concluded that soy is safe for breast cancer patients. In 1999, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved a health claim for soy foods and coronary heart disease based on the cholesterol lowering effect of soy protein.
