The Connection Between Hate Speech and Anti-Semitism
The law says you have to deny the Holocaust in a way that amounts to hate speech. The big problem is, and one of the reasons I do believe that this particular law is pernicious are that anti-Semitism is not defined. It's unfortunate that they sort of tied this very significant restriction on speech to this vague concept of anti-Semitism, which is notdefined.
