I was discussing this with Rowanee, Nelikani, when I spoke to her yesterday. When a lot of people get into the social sector, if they have come from the corporate sector, it's hard for them to adjust because they want that immediate gratification. So in that sense, do you think of the long game? You know, how hard is it sometimes these trouble, the short term troubles that kind of come up and, and is it like a lonely path? It's extremely lonely.
