Jura and confluence are tightly integrated. And every there's one single source of truth for everything. We have a couple team members who are literally just responsible for helping manage communication, becauseit is it is. You can't do it all. N things get documented as necessary. On the story, things get documented n the knowledge base. I use zappyer a lot. So we ought to make a lot of back and forth things so that when we get email, for example, most of the email we get, whether to support email or questions or stuff from clients,. All that stuff goes straight into the appropriate slack channel.
